8. Account Deletion

You can delete your Fazero account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this:

In-App Deletion: Go to Settings → Delete Account. Follow the prompts to permanently delete your account.
Contact Us: Email us at support@fazero.app with your account email address and request deletion. We will process your request within 30 days.

When you delete your account, we will permanently remove:

Your profile information (name, email, contact details)
All projects and associated data
Uploaded certificates and documents
Material lists and reports
Equipment and device records
All other personal data stored in our systems

Note: Some anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes. Active subscriptions should be cancelled through App Store or Google Play before account deletion to avoid continued billing.

9. Children's Privacy

Fazero is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. By using Fazero, you consent to such transfers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.

Your account is active
Needed to provide you services

You can request deletion of your data at any time through the app settings.

Professional Qualifications: Fazero is a project management tool only. We do not verify, validate, or guarantee the authenticity of worker certificates, licenses, or qualifications uploaded to the app. Users are solely responsible for ensuring all workers have proper electrical qualifications and licenses as required by local laws and regulations.

Liability: Fazero is not responsible for any work performed by electricians using this app. Users must ensure compliance with all applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and licensing requirements.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
